The emergency plumbing line is open 24 hours a day. Office hours are Monday to Sunday, from 06:00 to 18:00.
Use a phone call for an active leak or overflow. For a planned job, prepare a short brief and send an email enquiry.
BOOK WITH CLEAR INFORMATION
Questions worth asking.
- Who will attend and how can I confirm their identity?
- What training or registration applies to this job?
- What does the quote include?
- What happens if the scope changes?
- What documents and warranty terms will I receive?
A PRACTICAL START
Know the job. Know the scope.
No call-out fee does not mean a free repair. Ask about fault finding, labour, parts and any after-hours charges before work starts.
A useful quote explains the work and any limits. For larger jobs, ask which costs fall outside the plumbing work, such as tiling or electrical work.
